White professional male, work full time. Have an 1-2 room(s) available I would like to rent out.
- Rent covers room and utilities
- Room for rent is 10x13 with a 3x9 closet
- I'm a nonsmoker
- If you do smoke I prefer you go outside
- Just move in your bed and dressers and I have rest of house furnished
-There is a shared bathroom and a half bathroom downstairs.
-House is furnished and comes with all utilities paid, high speed internet and satellite TV, 60" TV.
-Spare bedroom(s) are upstairs and I sleep downstairs.
- I'm a pretty quiet guy and keep the place clean and clean house 2-3 times a week
-I am a musician but I do practice with headphones on in most cases.
-I have 2 small dogs.
-I have no kids.
-Pets are ok.
-There is a large deck as well as a large fenced backyard.
I do prefer someone mature and past the partying phase. Someone who picks/cleans up after themselves.
