Title: Trailer Tech Associate (Night Shift) Location: United States-Missouri-Joplin Other Locations: Responsible for performing necessary repairs and maintenance as supervised by a Trailer Technician Lead or a Trailer Technician Senior or Trailer Technician. Perform necessary tractor and trailer tire work as needed. . Install mounted tires on tractors and trailers. . Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a timely manner with supervision, using mechanical knowledge to determine if process will require repairs and/or parts replacement. . Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. . Operated mount/dismount equipment, repair and balance (as needed) tractor and trailer tires. . Oral communication skills. . Possess necessary hand tools to perform assigned jobs. . Use and/or possess any necessary safety equipment required to safely perform assigned jobs. . Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. overhead. . Position's direct contribution is of repairing and maintaining Tractor & Trailers to enable ontime pickup and delivery for our customers. Schedule: Wednesday 11pm-6am, Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am . Valid operators license in state of residence. . Brake Certification. . Powered Industrial Truck Certified within 60 days of employment. . ABS Certification. . Knowledge of tires and tire repair including balancing, mounting, dismounting and installation of mounted tires/wheels on tractors and trailers. .
